Performer allows creating new nodes in the APP and DBASE processes. Nodes
created elsewhere are ignored by the CULL process and therefore never
appear in the final image (More precisely, they don't exist in the CULL process
context).

Why not use a DBASE process for paging/generating new geometry ?
