(perhaps i'm skimming this email too quickly but...)
looks like your makefile needs to be updated. in pf2.4 we got rid of the
_ogl _igl distinction since we decided to only support OpenGL from that
point onward. (though libpf_ogl.so should be a symlink to the current
version of libpf, but maybe something got screwed up in your
installation). try removing the _ogl from the libraries in the link line
and see if it links.
