[info-performer] perfly mouse input problem

I saw a recent posting regarding mouse input problems with perfly
on a dual Xeon system. I also have this problem and have not been
able to determine the cause. I am able to click on the GUI panel, but
any clicks (Left,right,middle) on the content area seem to be ignored
(ie. the camera does not update)
The graphics card is a GeForce4 Ti 4400.
The system is Windows XP Professional with dual 2.4 Ghz Xeon processors.
Any ideas greatly appreciated.
