The RedHat/Performer combo has become such a PITA to
configure that we have switched to testing Slackware
and Debian. The Slackware setup, graphics driver
config, and Performer install takes just under an hour
on a 2.4Ghz Intel PC. Debian is a little more
complicated, but works as well.
