Hi Nick,

 You can use pfconv to convert flt models to pfb:

        pfconv foo.flt foo.pfb

 If you this doesn't work for you then send me a sample model (as small as
possible) and I'll take a closer look at what's going on (also let me know
what platform and which version of Performer you're using.)
