Also, if you're running on InfiniteReality you can use ircombine to configure a composite video output, which you can pump to a video capture card in a PC for realtime capture... no need for intrusive code changes.
If not, your system just needs to have video output...

Hi there,
I have a performer simulation running. The simulation gets its data through a
socket from some data generator. Performer show the 3D output very nicely.
I now have the following question.
Is it possible to make a movie of the simulation output ? I know how to take
snapshots but that is not what I am looking for I really need to capture the
output as a movie so I can show the movie later instead of running the
simulation al over again. Besides I want to publish the movie on a website.
