it's not needed. install with rpm -Uvh --nodeps *.rpm
when we build our rpms, rpm likes to try to figure out our dependencies
for us. sometimes it goes a bit overboard. we need to explicitly take
that out of the dependency list for the next rev.

As far as I can tell, this file is only contained in outdated versions of glibc, but I could be wrong about that. Can anyone shed some light?
