Thanks guys,
The show tree option works great.
I do have one question about it though. I thought the visual databases
are supposed to be cyclic have one switch, a geode and a group node forming
a
cycle. The geode and group are children of the switch and the group and
geode
nodes are connected by a sky blue line.

Another neat feature, turn on Show Tree button and hold the alt key and
move your mouse over the geometry.
It is certainly a nice feature.
