Support for TerraPage 2.0 in Performer 3.0 is now available.

TerraPage is a large area terrain database paging format developed by
TERREX. Look at our web site for details (www.terrex.com).

New support for Performer includes:
- A non-paging loader - This can be used to load all or part of a TerraPage
database like a normal loader.
- A paging loader - This will synchronously load in tiles of a TerraPage
database as needed and pretends to be a regular loader.
- An example paging application - This application demonstrates how to
asynchronously page archives using the libraries provided.

Note that asynchronous paging doesn't work on Windows due to lack of
threading support in Performer.

This is a source code distribution, suitable for use on IRIX, Linux or
Windows. We could use a feedback on the IRIX version. It hasn't been
heavily used to date.
