[info-performer] w32 performer and fast dual xeon system bug?

Hello

I am testing a dual 2.6 GHZ xeon System with windows Performer.

With perfly don't get any framerates stats (shows ???).
Mouse controlled flying doesn't work.
pfGetTime gives me negative results.

Maybe this is a Problem with High-Resolution Clocks.

Any workaround or fix for this?
