[info-performer] pfv xml

i'm currently studying the new libpfv, and am very interested in the xml
configuration bit. i've tracked down some of the tags in the examples and
various man pages (as well as some broken references). however, i'm wondering
if there is a comprehensive listing of all the xml tags available anywhere.
anybody seen one?
