[info-performer] ASD build w normals

Hi All,

So I'm rewriting the pfdted loader to handle a few things I need it to
do!
ion the process I was loading some dted files and tried to initialize
normals
by setting the NORMALS define to 1;
this caused the app to crash. so I checked back with the original
pfdted loader and got the same thing!

I was wondering if this is memory related!

Also is there an example of an ASD paging config file around!
