[info-performer] possible ACE wrappers / Performer 3.0 / Linux incompatibility

I have a Performer application with an API using the ACE wrappers and The
ACE Orb.

ACE and TAO are compiled to use pthreads.

Performer 3.0, ACE+TAO 5.2.1, RedHat 7.2.

The API is currently dummied out so it is not yet calling any Performer
functions.
It comes up and runs as expected.

If I include the Performer 3.0 libraries (libpf is enough) the application
segfaults as it
is trying to initialize the ACE orb. Curently, no Performer code is being
called.

HELP!
