[info-performer] PFWIN_TYPE_STATS Problem w/ Radeon 9700 Pro

Hello,

Has anyone had any issues creating a pfWindow of type PFPWIN_TYPE_X |
PFWIN_TYPE_STATS using performer 3.0 and a Radeon 9700 Pro?

Our application will not run in the above configuration - coredumping
with the message:

PF Notice/Resource: Using generic graphics type 30.
PF Warning/Resource: pfChooseFBConfig(pfWindow*) - failed to
find visual to support Stats HW config.
PF Notice: Caught SIGCHLD. Exiting due to death of
child with pid 17667.

I tested out Perfly and confirmed that if I select "Fill" stats from the
GUI perfly coredumps with the same message. (I have attached the perfly
output in a text file).

Current hardware configuration:

Red Hat 8.0 w/ kernel 2.4.18-14
Dual Intel Xeon 2.0 Ghz
Radeon 9700 Pro
Performer 3.0
OpenGL Shader 3.0
XFree86 4.2.0-72
