HI Chris
You could apply a material with a high emissive component, or you could use a predraw callback to increase the ambient component of the light when drawing your geometry

Subject: [info-performer] Texture brightening.
I have a texture pasted to a polygon.
I can do a simple darkening effect, by changing the color of the polygon
from white, to grey, to black.
The texture modulates, and gets darker.
Is it possible to do this to brighten a texture? IE color the polygon
brighter than 1.0, 1.0, 1.0?
I am running 2.5.2, Linux, with a GeForce4.
Thanks,
