please excuse the late reply.
Deleting pfMPClipTextures in Performer is broken.
A workaround seems to exist for the single-pipe case, by
actively managing the reference counts and other gyrations,
although I have never tried this myself.
Deletion of cliptextures in a multipipe setting is simply not
supported.
