Hi again pfRs!
The initial MS-Windows version of my library that makes Performer easier
to use is available via anonymous ftp.
ftp to 'mars.imti.nrc.ca'
login as 'anonymous'
supply your e-mail address as password
cd to 'public'
cd to 'downloads'
get 'pfapc_1.114_win32.zip''
Enjoy! And, please send me any comments or other feedback!
Note that this version of the library does not support any of the
built-in socket streams, because I have not learned how to
do sockets on Windows yet! Please be patient - pfAPC library and
examples were the first programs I had ever compiled on
MS-Windows in my whole life!
Also note that I am aware that some of the more complex display
configurations do no work in the Windows version. I am trying
to debug and find out why, but I thought a workable version
now was better than a full version later.
And finally yes, I know I have a lot to learn about Visual Studio C++.
Well I think Microsoft has a lot to learn too! If the supplied workspace
and project do not work for you, then try using a
plain Makefile.
