Hi Steffen,

 Ya, we're all aware that the current status of the man pages distribution
Windows leaves something to be desiered ... So, with 3.0.1 we should have
all of the man pages available in the Windows Help format (I've actually
got a version of 'em in this format but it's not integrated into the build
environment, yet.)
