[info-performer] Performer environment variables

pfHi,

Is there by any chance a list of environment variables that Performer
understands? We've got PFSHAREDSIZE, PFVIDEORATE,
PF_ENABLE_MULTISAMPLE_VISUAL... any others? And what to put in them?
Couldn't find any docs on those things, not even on google :)
