there are both gcc2 and gcc3 packages for performer. on the website,
there should be directories for gcc2 and gcc3. the gcc3 version of the
rpms are build with gcc3.2.

OpenGL Shader is only required / supported in the gcc3 packages.
there _should_ have been .tgz versions of the shader packages in the
gcc3/tgz directory.

install the gcc3 version of performer and OpenGL shader, and those error
