[info-performer] What is libisl.so?

I installed Performer 3.0 on Red Hat 8.0. When I try to run perfly I get
the following error message:

  Perfly: error while locading shared libraries: libisl.so: can not open
  shared object file: No such file or directory

What is libisl.so?

Is this I forget to load something when I installed Red Hat 8.0?
