[info-performer] performer 3.0 windows man pages

Hi all,

I don't know if anyone else is interested in this, but it was a little
frustrating for me to navigate through the man pages for the windows
version, since they have only been converted to .html and there is no index.
So I typed up a table of contents arranged by folder so that they are all at
least linked to one page. Simply put the attached Contents.html file in the
Doc folder, and you can access any of the man pages from there. Its not
quite as good as an index page, but its better than nothing.
