Hi Pat,

 The current version of Performer 3.0 on Windows does not support
multithreading (basically because fork() doesn't exist on Win32) and hence
CPU lock-down is kind of irrelevant. That being said, clipfly _does_ work
because the pfQueue stuff and the sproc() equivalents have been
implemented. But that's only a tiny part of the story ...

 As far as performance is concerned, it should just as well as the Linux
version.

 And finally, in the realm of file loaders, basically it's all there
(minus the Open Inventor loader.)
