Hi All,
I have an application that works fine on an ONYX RE2 but when ported to run
under RedHat 7.2 Linux with a Gainward GeForce 4 card and Performer 2.5.1
doesn't work.
In my Openflight terrain model I have set up a flood light to illuminate
some polygons and on the ONYX the effect is perfect. When I view the same
scene on the PC the floodlighting doesn't appear at all. Does anyone know
why this is happening. The light is being read in and added to the geometry
but the effect doesn't show up.
Anti aliasing
I have set the following up on the Geforce 4:
export __GL_FSAA_MODE=4 (to give 4 x Bilinear multisampling)
export __GL_DEFAULT_LOG_ANISO=1
export __GL_SYNC_TO_VBLANK=1
but the anti aliasing still doesn't come on. Any clues as to what I might
be doing wrong ?
Thanks for your time.
Rob
