Has anyone had problems with this function?

According to the man page pfEvaluateLOD returns a float containing the
child index and fade level of pfLOD nodes. When I call this function it
seems to return 0x00000000 for all pfLOD nodes, unless the pfChanLODAttr
PFLOD_SCALE is set to a value greater than 1.0 in which case it returns
0xffffffff for some pfLOD nodes.

I'm using Performer Version 2.5.0 on an Onyx 2.
