Dear Allan,

Performer on Windows...cross-platform...a long time ago I have dream
that :-)

I miss the end of Friends of Performer Meeting of siggraph 2002, and I
have some questions about the
distribution of the Windows Version and Performer Version 3.0 :
- What will be the license condition ? same on Linux ? Research &
Education Version ?
since I'm Phd Student I hope that will be a free limited version for
cross-platform application (and like we see in the FoP meeting a lot of
people use linux, and PC).
- Support of Visual C++ / Pentium 4 optimization ?
- Do you plan to support multipipe/multicard/dual screen on PC ?
- Do you plan to integrate NVIDIA shader (or other shader effect) more
easily that actually ? (generally do with geoset callback).
- Do you want to provide a better support of shadow ? multipass ? (more
configurable, mainly for the shadow mapping method, difficult to control).
- Have more samples, more applications demos, better documentation ?
(and convert all C samples in C++, not actually do)

and some wishes :
- And in the future, would you integrate event system for node
interaction ? (like Open Inventor or Qt system).
- provide an interface, some examples, for easy integration of
differents library :Collision module (PQP, H-collide), OpenCV, CGAL,
Video support, device support (like VrJuggler), GUI (Qt, wxWindows) ?

Thank you in advance,

Raphael.
