Sorry for my previous answer, not enough coffe yet ...
It s difficult to find good environment under linux ... Personnaly, I m using
nedit or vi or kate. But I ll investigate codeforge or kdevelop as soon as I
have 5 minutes.
But if you re looking for source documentation tools (you should), have a look
at Doxygen, pretty stable and with a few utilities (DOT), you get striking
graphs for your managers 8)
