Hello Steve !

Use pfconv flags:

    pfconv -M pfb,2,1 ...

You can also do the following:

1. Set environment variable PFPATH to colon separated list of path names where
   your textures reside.

2. pfconv -M pfb,1,1 ...
   Saves the texture images into the pfb file (makes the output file much
   larger).
   

Run `pfconv -h' for option description.
