Performer uses usinit arenas for storing semaphores, locks and the like,
but the shared arena returned with pfGetSharedArena is just a large memory
mapped, auto growing file. I don't know of any performer functions that
let you query the size of it. We unlink the file after creating it, so I
don't think its even possible to query the file descriptor for it.
