Right now, you're best bet is to download the gcc3 version of Performer
2.5.1. That is built with the gcc-3.0.2 that was available with Redhat
7.2. (pf2.5.2 was built with gcc-3.0.2 as well). From what I remember,
gcc hadn't fully conformed to the multivendor abi standard until gcc-3.2...
and that was only released a couple weeks ago. gcc-3.2 contained abi
fixes from 3.1 and 3.1 contained abi fixes from 3.0.x. So, perhaps the
version of pf built against 3.0.2 we're already shipping is abi compatable
enough for you for right now. i recommend downloading the gcc3-built
version of pf and trying it out.
