Check /usr/lib32/libpf.so, libpfui.so etc.

They should be symbolic links to libpf.so.6, libpfui.so.6 etc. If not,
then you should re-install performer_dev.sw.hdr. This will restore the
links to the correct library versions which were replaced by the upgrade
to 6.5.16m.
