[info-performer] IBR nodes and LOD nodes

Hi all,

I'm trying to use an IBR node as a child of a LOD node and it isn't
working (none of the models for the LOD node are shown when I try to do
this). Can the two be used together? If so, any clue what I'm doing
wrong? In case it matters, I'm using the Linux version of Performer
2.5.1.
