hi, performers!

always when i run pfconv, a bunch of semaphores are not freed.
when i use some script to do multiple conversions, i always have to run
rmsem between the pfconv calls.

i actually have now a problem where a (larger) program ends after some time
without any error messages (not even a segfault). and i assume, that maybe
these semaphores are the reason for this.

why are there semaphores left after execution?
and how can i prevent this?
