There arenormally two aproaches to convert your textures to power of 2 by
some graphics tool or resize the texures using some stratching algos...

for the second approach

you may try to search the net for grapsics gems source files
(for ex from possibly here http://www.acm.org/tog/GraphicsGems/ ) see volume
3 (III) filter.c for resize filters.

either as an example you may take a look at
http://romka.demonews.com/opengl/demos/texture_eng.htm see for
Non-Standard Texture Reader sample ....

also search grousp.google.com for messages with such words as 'resize
filters filters textures texture'
hope you'll find the answer you are looking for .

Regards
Serge
