Unfortunately, this is not possible (as far as I know).
It would be a dream come true for me, I can assure you.

XiGraphics has a Xfree86 server product that allows you
 to have stereo visuals on many graphics cards, but
 not NVIDIA-based ones.

I've often wondered how hard it might be to modify
 the Xfree86 server source to build a stereo format..
 Too intense for me, I'm sure... 8-(

Hopefully, someone out there, NVIDIA or others, is
 working on this problem..
