[info-performer] Glut and Performer

Hi,
unfortunately no one has responded to my previous query about detecting
keyboard releases in Performer :(
Does anyone know about how to use GLUT with performer?
Since Glut is very portable it would not be a bad idea to use it for the
input and window creation,
and do the rendering with performer.
Any source swould be very welcome.
