[info-performer] Keyboard handling

Hi,
I am trying to implement keyboard handling in my current Performer
Application.
For that I am using the provided helper function in the pfutil library.
Although there is not
much documenttion there are source examples which show how to get input
using performer funtions.
Unfortunately I did not found an example where the ButtonRelease event
of a funtion can be queried,
Also there are no defines for all the used Keys, as
shift,alt,tab,PageUp/PageDown and so on.
How can this be done, I would be gratefull for any examples.
Furthermore I dont want to go down and use X for the sake of
portability, that is when Performer is ported to
the windows platform :)
