i don't think they have them for linux version
although i would think there's one being/already developed
sgi-irix version of Performer has vrml loader
they use an OpenWorlds vrml loader
i asked OpenWorlds about sensors and here's what they say:
"
The OpenWorlds loader is a time-zero loader, meaning that
it only loads geometry. This is because there is no way of
knowing how time is maintained by any Performer application.
We license libraries and source code for creating a custom
loader which has full VRML support including animations, or
we can build a custom loader for your particular Performer
application.
-The OpenWorlds support team.
"
hope that's some use to ya
cheers

Subject: [info-performer] vrml loader
Hi all,
I'm running Performer 2.5 on Linux, and I can't seem to load any .wrl files
because it claims that it can't find the loader. The documentation says
that there is a loader for them, so I was wondering if anyone else has this
problem, and how to fix it.
Thanks,
John
