Hi
We currently build terrains using Terrex tools, and then pre-process the
terrain before we use them by running a piece of code to go through all the
geosets, and apply an intersection mask depending on the texture that's been
applied. This allows us to detect different types of terrain within the
simulation.
My question is can we get rid of this pre-processing stage? Can terrain
generation tools set these masks directly or something similar? How do other
people do it?
