This is only barely a Performer related question, but I was hoping
someone could help me. I'm trying to run the real-time shadows
demo (in Linux), but it tells me I have no alpha buffer bits. When I run
glxinfo I see that the default visual does not have any bits for alpha
but there are other visuals that do. Does anyone know how I can
get one of these visuals to become the default?
