I have the same problems on linux with gcc3. A thousand errors like
these in the link stage:

/usr/include/Performer/pf/pfNode.h:178: undefined reference to `pfBuffer::pf_indexUpdatable(pfUpdatable const*) const'
/usr/include/Performer/pr/pfObject.h:76: undefined reference to `pfMemory::operator delete(void*)'

Is it possible to get a version of Performer 2.5 (demo edition) that
has been built with gcc3?
