It's a warning about the amount of memory the lookahead token causes the
cliptexture subsystem to use. In your sample ct file below you have
`lookahead' set to 3, this means that the pfImageCache will load up 3
tiles in all directions from your current clip center. This warning is
telling you that this can use a huge amount of main memory.
