Yes. One easy way it to take an MPEG library and to plug
it into your environemnt. I did that with the SMPEG
lib http://www.lokigames.com/development/smpeg.php3
and using texture subloading. I works fine. On NVIDIA
cards, I even used non-power-of-2 texture (rectangle_NV)
so you don't need to rescale the video.
