pfDoubleDCS Error Messages

I added a pfNotifyLevel(PFNFY_DEBUG) into
/usr/share/Performer/src/pguide/libpf/C/doubleDCS2.c and am getting single
precision bounding sphere error messages. I had done this after my own code
kept generating the same error messages even though I had placed pfSCSs
below each of my pfDoubleDCSs (as per the pfDoubleDCS man page). Why the
error messages? How to get rid of 'em? They don't appear in
/usr/share/Performer/src/pguide/libpf/C/doubleDCS.c with the same notify
level. Oh yea, OpenGL Performer V2.5 running on an Octane.
