How to make a 1024x768_30fps Channel

I was trying to use an one pipe onyx2 to support 6~8 1024*768 channel.
when i use ircombine, it seems can only do 3 when refresh rate is 60fps
then the display band-width is used off. so i guess if i set the
refresh rate lower to 30 or 25 fps, it would be ok. However, there's no
*.vfo file
for this configuration, where i can get it?
