Geforce dropping frames

Hi,
I have a problem with Geforce cards dropping frames when running
in quadbuf stereo mode. This results in some very annoying flickering.
This isn't a performer specific problem. In fact, we're running Win2k
and we see the problem in all sorts of software environments from pure
opengl to osg (we've tried with bothe the softquad patched drivers and
several quadro cards and combinations of motherboards etc.).
Is this something that anyone here has noticed when running
Performer/Linux/Geforce?
