hi,
I've been converting 3ds Max files to openflight using
the 14.2 format. Some of the textures are not mapped
properly so
changing the format to 15.4 seemed to fix the problem.
Now I've come across the problem that some files are
corrupted
or crash when I try to load them. Does anyone know of
any known bugs with exporting flt's? What are some
options that
tend to crash. I'm exporting without cameras, no
lights. Object hierarchy, mesh, normals, texture
coords, vertex colors,
goem. data, grouping nodes, and all material boxes are
enabled.
Geometry:
triangluate and concave all polygons is selected,
disable backface is checked, all bitmaps are converted
to 256x256
RGB, all enables are checked except camera and DOF &
raw. geometry instanced multiple times. There is no
animation.
I've gotten version 15.4 to work in the past, but
anything I export now will not work. Is there a
different 15.* version or are some enables crashing
the file?
