Octane stereo emitter signal

Hi All,

I found an interesting problem with Octane computer. When the
video format on Octane changes from stereo (96 Hz) to mono (60 Hz)
the stereo L/R pulse (from DB-9 connecter) should change from 48 Hz
to inactive state. But what I observed on that pin was 60 Hz signal looked
like coupled to Vsync. This signal messes up the interfacing device because
it thinks that it is processing a stereoscopic video format. Onyx2 computer
seems like does not have this problem.

Any idea or solution?
