AFAIR they are installed along with the performer_dev rpm. However, on
SuSE Linux the man command doesn't accept the filenames with
xxx.3pf.C++.gz or xxx.3pf.c.gz extensions. Renaming to xxx.3pf.gz (and
moving to different directories for C++ and C) did help me some.
