Hi Ignacio,
cliptexture emulation on linux should work with multiple channels.
For an example, try running: clipfly -c2 mycliptex.ct
My advice is to try to get your app to work on one channel first,
if that's possible.
Note that cliptexture emulation is not supported by the flt or pfb
loaders on linux, so you'll have to create the cliptexture and apply
it to geometry in your application code.
Take a look at /usr/share/Performer/src/sample/C++/clipdemo,
and at the source for the libpfct loader for hints on how to do this.
